The basket, and what the check said
Six assets. Every Monday, and again before every round, each one is checked on chain: transfers allowed, no transfer fee, no transfer hook, and a Jupiter route for the round size with price impact at or under 2 percent. An asset that fails drops out for the week and its weight is split between the rest.

Open the accounts that can be paid
A payout is pushed, not claimed, so the account has to exist before the round. Activate opens one account per basket asset in a single transaction. You pay their rent, about 0.002 SOL each, and you get it back whenever you close an empty one.
Connect a wallet on the Scan station first.
Every week and every round
A round fires when the pot holds 0.2 SOL. It buys one asset, the one furthest behind its weight, and pays it out in batches. Each round writes a memo with its number, the week's weights and the hash of the list that was paid.

The whole rule in plain words
The coin earns. $duvidend is an ordinary pump.fun coin with no tax on transfers. Its creator fees are forwarded to one pot address, published on this sheet.
The pot splits. 90 percent of everything that arrives buys assets for holders. 10 percent pays for the RPC, the server and the network fees.
Monday sets the weights. 60 percent is split equally between the assets that passed the check. 40 percent goes to the company whose model is first in the public arena table. If that company has no asset in the basket, the bonus goes down the table to the next one that does. If the table cannot be read, the week runs with equal weights and the memo says so.
A round buys one asset. At 0.2 SOL the keeper swaps through Jupiter into the asset furthest behind its weight, so the week lands on the weights without splitting a payout into six specks of dust.
Holders are paid directly. Every wallet holding 20 dollars or more of $duvidend, with an open account for that asset, gets a share of the buy in proportion to its balance. A wallet with no open account gets nothing that round and its part is split between the others.
Everything is written down. Each round's memo carries the round number, the week's weights and the hash of the paid list, so any payout can be checked against the chain.
What can go wrong
Pre-IPO tokens are issuer tokens. OPENAI and ANTHROPIC are tokens issued by PreStocks, not shares of OpenAI or Anthropic, and their market is thin. The check measures the route before every round and the sheet names the issuer of every asset.
Tokenized stocks come with country rules. Holding one is the receiver's own responsibility, and the basket is open on this page so nobody is surprised by what lands.
The table can move or go dark. The leader changes, and a week with no readable table runs on equal weights.
Small amounts stay small. A round needs 0.2 SOL, a wallet needs 20 dollars, and one asset is bought at a time, so a payout is worth more than the fee that carries it.
None of this is advice about money. A tokenized share can fall, the coin can fall, and you can lose everything you put in.
